Working Concept
- The bottle will be conveyed by a top chain conveyor to wash the bottle.
- When the bottle is washed properly, the bottle is taken by the feed screw
Come in to the Star wheel and take the bottle to the packing head. - With the bottle receiving platform to pick up the bottle from the Star wheel
- The head is a piston type, volume when receiving a signal from
sensor has a bottle in. Will order the packing head to work automatically. - When the packing is finished, the star wheel takes the bottle out of the packing machine to close the lid. When the lid is closed, the bottle will be forwarded to the conveyor belt for further steps.
