Working Concept
- Volume piston piston system filling Automatic row.
- Use with products with medium viscosity
- Used for PET or PP glass bottles with strong shapes.
General Information
- The bottle will be transported by Top Chain Conveyor to enter the Stopper position.
- When the bottle reaches the Stopper position, the packing head moves down the container.
- Top Fill filling has 2 steps, Step 1 Pre Fill is filled at the set speed, Step 2 Final Fill is gradually filled to reduce oil spillage.
- When finished, will be hit by a Top Chain belt to continue to Station.
