Working Concept
- The bottles are conveyed by the conveyor belt.
- When the bottle reaches the entrance position, a Gripper set will come down to catch the bottle as set.
- The Gripper set will lift the bottle by holding the bottleneck. Cross over to the position where the box is transported to wait for the bottle to put in the box.
- Once the bottle has been lifted into the box The box will be transported to work on Station.
General Information
- For lifting the bottle into the box.
- Use with bottles that are in a strong shape.
- Used for production lines that have Heavy container And with a medium speed rate.
